Day 7 · Sun · Jun 28 · Synthesize
Poster Session & Networking
A week of project thinking → a poster that tells the whole story.
Led by: All instructors & organizers
About this day
The week closes with a poster session: each participant presents their project as a single coherent arc — problem, data, evaluation, method, deployment — to an invited interdisciplinary audience, and gets to walk the room and take in everyone else’s. A closing reflection returns to the Day 1 spine: the gap from an idea to a system that helps patients, and how far each project moved across the week. The mode is synthesize.

What you’ll be able to do
- Tell your project as a coherent end-to-end arc on a single poster.
- Show how the week’s discussions concretely revised it.
- Situate the work within ML4H as a field.
The poster
Your poster walks the same arc your Project Workbook does — problem → data → evaluation → method → deployment. Running the session in two rounds lets everyone both present and browse. Bring the printed poster you prepared before the camp (see before you arrive).
