Shalmali Joshi is an Assistant Professor at Columbia University, Department of Biomedical Informatics, where she leads the reAIM group. She works on robustness, generalizability, and reliability of multimodal AI/ML prediction, inference, and adaptivity in health and biomedicine. Before Columbia, she was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University and the Vector Institute. She completed her PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
